Conservative States Have the Most Welfare and USE FEDERAL TAX DOLLARS

http://www.occupydemocrats.com/numbers-dont-lie-conservatives-use-way-more-welfare-than-liberals/

I find it interesting that the Conservative States with Lowest Taxes and Non Union also collect the most Federal Tax Dollars compared to non Conservative States.  If Conservatism were so wonderful why aren't they paying their own way?

Pointing out rampant Republican hypocrisy has become a chore at this point, given its incredible frequency – most recently, their fear-mongering about Muslims in America versus unwavering support for terrorist-sponsoring Saudi Arabia or the freeloading, armed Bundy-backed militia taking over federal property in the name of freedom.  And let’s not forget the truant Senator and presidential candidate, or the Speaker who demanded paid family leave as a condition of his employment, while voting against paid family leave for the American people.  However, that all pales compared to the hypocrisy displayed by the “Welfare Queen States” –
“Red States — the ones governed by folks who think government is too big and spending needs to be cut — are a net drain on the economy, taking in more federal spending than they pay out in federal taxes.”
At the top of the list according to a recent Gallup survey are two of the reddest, most-conservative states – Mississippi and Louisiana – ranked one and three, respectively and let not forget Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama, which are not far behind them. However, according to an analysis published Wednesday by the Tax Foundation, which advocates for policies that lower taxes and broaden the tax base, “Mississippi and Louisiana are also the two neediest states, with federal aid accounting for 43 percent and 42 percent of their respective overall revenues in fiscal 2013.”  In fact, The Washington Post notes the South is home to five of the 10 most-dependent states:
“Five states are among both the 10 most conservative and the 10 most reliant on federal funds.”
