IRS Mess - Lawrence O'Donnell, She had every right to take the 5th, it was legal and the right thing to do.

Issa, the Republican Chair of the committee to which Lerner evoked the 5th, sent Lerner a letter a few days ago saying she lied to Congress which is a criminal act.  Her lawyer told her to take the 5th because Issa and friends are out to get information for their criminal investigation.  This situation is also in the prosecutors office and that is where the real trial will take place.  Issa and friends are playing politics and not doing a very good job.
