Bridge in WA goes down - cars under water

A Bridge on I-5 in Washington State goes down and CARS ARE UNDER WATER!!  Should we be talking about AGING INFRASTRUCTURE and replacing them?  We have a problem folks and we need to PAY FOR UPGRADING OUR INFRASTRUCTURE BEFORE MORE BRIDGES SINK AND PEOPLE   DIE!

Update:  A truck carrying a large steel piece on it had the steel hit the bridge which caused the bridge steel to bend and fall.
