Joe Scarborough: Republicans are putting Rapists rights over Parent Rights by filibustering the Gun Bills.

The NRA and the Republicans are pushing hard to get no meaningful Gun Laws passed in the short term.  It is sad really.  Selling lots of guns brings lots of money into the NRA and then passed on to those who stop the gun laws that are needed.
