Eerie? - It is quite dark but it is the COLD that makes it dangerous.
Think of being in a deep freeze while seeing this stuff. It is really quite unique. I just got a face mask to make it tolerable. I am amazed at how the face make and neck warmer helps in keeping one warm. I also got a better hat, with ear flaps which help.
I hear the northern lights start in Feb. Looking forward to that.
Wow can't wait for pics of the northern lights, I remember as a kid on 29th st that Mom was always having us go outside to see them, do you remember that?
