This is a picture of the twin engine plane which got me from Anchorage to Emmonak. It was full with 8 adult passengers, a baby and the pilot and co-pilot. It was -25 or so when we arrived.
The airplane scared some moose that were grazing by the airport. I was able to see the moose run off. It is moose season in case you like to hunt moose.

Awesome!!! I want to come visit.
We love the pics! Glad you are having fun! So isn't it supposed to be dark there?
On a sidenote, we just found out the Gresham Little League registration in next Saturday! Skyler will make the age cut-off by NINE days! He has to play T-ball for one year until he is able to try out at age 6 for the next level. He is so excited!
Brianna
Yeah, except that it "freaks him out" that he has to play at West Gresham and Hollydale. He'd rather be playing for the Chicago Cubs. :-) Little nugget!!!
It is dark until about 10 AM. It is getting lighter every day now. The real dark all the time places are more north.
SKYLER - YOU GET TO PLAY BALL ON A TEACH! That is great!
I might add that the airplane was about the size of a minivan inside and 10 people were squeezed inside.
SKYLER- YOU GET TO PLAY ON A BASEBALL TEAM!!!!! (Not teach) Sorry about that. I have a post card to send to Sky. I have to find out where the post office is though.
