West Texas Explosion - what you need to know

No complaints so no inspection for years.  In Texas, if you complain, you are fired.  MUCH OF THE TOWN IS DESTROYED AND THE COMPANY LIED TO THE EPA.  No chance of an explosion if what they said.  At worst, there would be a 10 minute blast of chemicals.

The fertilizer plant that exploded Wednesday night in West, Texas blatantly lied when it reported to the Environmental Protection Agency and local public safety officials that it presented no risk of fire or explosion, documents show.

The corporation that ran the fertilizer plant lied to the EPA and OHSA, with the blessing of Gov Perry and Senator Cruz.  NOW PERRY AND CRUZ WANT US REGULAR CITIZENS TO PAY FOR THE TOWN THEY AND THE CORPORATION BLEW UP!  It is a fact that Sen Cruz voted NO on Hurricane Sandy Rebuilding Relief money AND NOW HE IS BEGGING FOR MONEY for his CORPORATION AND LACK OR REGULATION DISASTER!  WTF?  Am I missing something here?

You blow up a town and then I pay you to rebuild it?  But if a natural disaster like Hurricane Sandy Wipes out the East Coast, I should not help them pay to rebuild?  This just seems wrong and weird.

This is a must see!  Gun Control Laws have been proven to work, the NRA will simply not allow the real information and data to be expressed.  We live in a pretty upside down world now - more guns get more people killed but WE NEED MORE GUNS?  Where they have tighter gun laws, the death rate WENT DOWN as soon as they were put in place.  We need to talk reality and look around at what gun laws have done, not make crap up which is the NRA way of getting their way.

Capturing a criminal the NRA way:  Every person with an assault type weapon and clips would be able to go out in the street and look for the criminal.  They would detain and/or shoot the person.  My guess is that we would still be looking for the bombers today but there would be dead people who were shot needlessly.

BTW:  The bombers had grenades:  The NRA should now make a case that Grenades should be legal because of our 2nd Amendment rights.  If a criminal can have a weapon, so should us law abiding citizens.

The fellow now under armed guard or in jail had been sending twitter messages hours and days after the Boston Bombing.  I am so very glad that he is behind bars and his brother is gone.  I hope he has a trial, found guilty and never gets out of prison if found guilty.  He does not need a military tribunal, our US court system can handle him just fine.

2nd Suspect in Custody! He is caught!

WATERTOWN, Mass. — A 19-year-old college student wanted in the Boston Marathon bombings was taken into custody Friday evening after a manhunt that left the city virtually paralyzed and his older brother and accomplice dead.
Police announced via Twitter that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was in custody. They later wrote, "CAPTURED!!! The hunt is over. The search is done. The terror is over. And justice has won. Suspect in custody."
Tsarnaev's brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan, was killed Friday in a furious attempt to escape police.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had been holed up in a boat in a Watertown neighborhood. The crowd gathered near the scene let out a cheer when spectators saw officers clapping.
"Everyone wants him alive," said Kathleen Paolillo, a 27-year-old teacher who lives in Watertown.
Boston Mayor Tom Menino tweeted "We got him," along with a photo of the police commissioner speaking to him. Watertown residents poured out of their homes and lined the streets to cheer police vehicles as they rolled away from the scene.

UPDATED: They know where the 2nd suspect is located

It sounds like they have the Boston Bomber in a house and it is surrounded.  They think they know where he is, they have not had visual contact with him.  They are afraid the house could have bombs.  Some bombs were seen in the area.  A robot device is checking out the devices found.  Helicopters are up and watching the house where the suspect is located.

They have shut down all of Boston and the suburbs. this is a big deal.

I just heard a report from two people who knew the 19 year old as he grew up.  They said he is a great kid and they could not imagine him doing such a thing.  They said he was a very good athlete and got a scholarship to college from the city.  Those who went to High School with him said they recognized his picture which the FBI put out but could not believe the person they joked with could do such a thing.

Hopefully, this will be over soon.  It is 4:30 Am, Alaska Time

There is another suspect who got on a train earlier today and a train has been stopped and is surrounded by police and military at this time.  5:41 AM Alaska time.  They checked the train out and then let the train move on.

One Suspect dead, manhunt on for second bomber.

One bomber killed at MIT.  The names are known, they are brothers.  They lived in Cambridge.  The transit system is shut down.  Police have been shot.  Businesses have been asked not to open in Watertown,  MASS They are shutting down the towns around Watertown.  Shoot out, grenades were launched, and SUV was stolen and blasted through a police barricade to get away.  It sounds very intense.  2 Officers killed.

The one who died got out of the car and then the 19 year old drove off driving over his brother to get away.  They were throwing Grenade type devices at the police as they were driving.
