I think so.  Justice Scalia,  Justice Thomas and Justice Alito  are good examples and their cozy relationship with the Koch Brothers and other Right Wing Billionaires and organizations - interesting topic.

The Judicial Conduct Laws DO NOT APPLY TO THE SUPREME COURT?  Why NOT?
