Lousiana: Gov Jindal NOW more UNPOPULAR than President Obama!

According to the new SMOR poll of Louisiana, Gov. Jindal’s unpopular education cuts,  budget cuts, and tax plan have destroyed his approval rating. Jindal’s approval rating has dropped 13 points from 51% in October 2012 to 38% today. Even worse, Jindal’s approval rating has dropped 23 points since March of 2012. Things have gotten so bad for the governor that his approval rating is five points lower  (38%-43%), and his disapproval rating is five points higher (60% to 55%) than President Obama’s in the red state.

Colorado parolee who killed the prison chief - back ground information.

In hindsight, he should not have been released from prison.  It appears that he had 4 more years of prison to serve and he had just been in lockdown before he left the prison, which should have kept him in prison too. An overwhelmed system basically caused the errors which led to at least 2 innocent deaths.

Intrastructure repair is underfunded which will cost more later.

If we spent money on Infrastructure repair now, it will save money later.  The longer we wait, the more it will cost.  We need to get people to work and we need to repair bridges, electrical grid and much more.  Working people bring in taxes which helps our economy.

We had a school remodeled in our town the the bid was less than expected.  The company wanted to get a job so it cost our community less money for the remodel.  Now is a good time for investing in Infrastructure repair.
