Click the link to see the picture.  There is serious flooding.  I heard one lady say she has been flooded 3 times in the last 5 years.  This seems to be the new normal for Houston.  GLOBAL WARMING!!!

Another problem with Houston is there are no building restrictions.  You buy a property, you build as you wish.  In my town, low areas are left for parks so when flooding happens, homes are not affected as much.
