I’ve known for a long time that Trump uses psychological projection to feed his own ego. For instance, when he calls you “little,” he’s actually worried about the small stature of his own appendages. When he calls you “crooked,” he is covering up for his own illegal and unethical activities. When he makes fun of disabled people, he is worried about his own mental capacity. He’s the kind of guy who would actually criticize someone else’s hair style despite having that crazy looking fox on his own dome. So when he calls the system rigged, you can assume that he is the one doing the rigging.
