A man in Bristol, Tennessee opened fire on cars and police after being angry about recent killings of African Americans by police. Four people were hit including a police officer and tragically one person has died.  The suspect has been identified as Lakeem Keon Scott, 37. He was wounded during the police shootout but is expected to survive. Police say he was heavily armed with a handgun, assault rifle, and a huge quantity of ammo. The injured officer has been identified as Matthew Cousins. He was hit in the leg and expected to survive.
