***Ken Starr is being fired for ignoring sexually inappropriate  behaviors at Baylor University:  His job was to oversee these complaints but did nothing to help the girls being abused. (It sounds like to me - more details to come later.)

It sounds like sex abuse was happening on campus and in his job, he ignored the sexual abuse complaints.  He was a big administrator at Baylor.  There is no solid word on things now.
