Barack Obama is issuing some new executive orders in 2016. According to Republicans, this is just the latest in a presidency filled with outright abuse of power. “Ruling by decree” is what they call it sometimes. They call him King Obama because the fact he uses executive orders to circumvent a completely broken congress.
The same people who try to bash Obama every day over things like this, tend to be the ones who say they miss the George W. Bush presidency. They miss the good old days of Dubya. There was no executive order abuse then, right?
Let’s run the numbers. So far Barack Obama has issued 225 executive orders.
