About ISIS being Contained, What President Obama actually said was that ISIS had been geographically contained to some Middle Eastern nations and not others. He was pointing out that his ongoing fight against ISIS is now down to the specific nations where the terrorist regime hasn’t yet been wiped out. Oh and by the way, despite ongoing attacks, Obama is winning that fight. He’s taken out ISIS leaders on multiple continents in the past month, he’s taken out most of the oil rigs that were funding the regime, and various major news outlets are now reporting that ISIS is losing so badly, many of its recruits are deserting. That’s what you call winning.
