He was a disturbed person with access to weapons of war and an interest in those who killed innocents.

As details continue to emerge on the tragic events that unfolded Thursday at Oregon’s Umpqua Community College, Americans once again struggle to understand what drives an individual to commit such senseless acts of violence.
