What do you call a guy who spends the first six years of his Presidency laying out carefully crafted long term goals while racking up a long list of solid accomplishments, and then in his final two years comes out swinging for the fences? Apparently you call him Barack Obama. This week he took the latest in a series of unbridled moves in which he swiftly and decisively took what he thought was the best action for the nation without worrying about the political ramifications, a departure from his more calculated approach in his earlier years.
