Retriever Towing Update: Screamed out. body guard kept me from getting hit and threats

Today was interesting.

I did my usual Friday, send the pictures and ITEMIZED invoice of charges and Grandma M wants me to work with her on the Towing incident which stole her car while she was picking up our Grandkids.

I turned the letters over to the Receptionists and then asked if I could get a full copy of the illegal picture request form because my printer did not print the whole thing.  Charles White, Administrator then came over to me and pushed me out of the office and was screaming at me to get off the property.

I walked as he pushed me onto the sidewalk.  He said he was going to call the police. I told him that is fine.  I asked him if he was Charles and he said YES.  I told him 'Hi, we were emailing back and forth this past week.'  HE BLEW A GASKET AND STARTED YELLING LOUDER AND LOUDER AND GETTING READY TO POKE or punch me." His body guard came between he and I.  I told him if he hits me I will file assault charges. 

His bodyguard ( 300 lb fellow in great suit) got in between Charles and I.  Charles wanted to hit me and I wish he would have so I could have filed assault charges.

The Bodyguard kind of guided Charles to his blinged out Escalade with Great Wheels and the body guard said I should probably leave.  I said I would but he said he called the police and I would wait fot 10 minutes to see if the police showed up.

I waited and left.

Since, I have been told I that I will be arrested if I go onto their business property.  I said they needed to get a restraining order and we need to go in front of a judge.  He shot back that I would be arrested for Trespass and I said I have never been arrested for Trespass before.   I told him I would deliver two NOTORIZED LETTERS NEXT WEEK.  1. The letter allowing me to work with Grandma M on her towing issue and 2 the Notorized Release of Photo info with the HOLD HARMLESS crossed out.

(I also mentioned to him that Grandma M owns the photos because she paid for them when she picked up the car.  She should have been given them when she picked up the car.  THE HOLD HARMLESS is ILLEGAL IN OREGON and was outlawed with the 2007 towing law.

I will show up next week and talk to the police and maybe end up in court.

I did get a few pictures of Charles White, the fellow who loves to yell.  (I had 2 police officers tell me he yells and screams and nothing else.  They chuckled when I mentioned his name and said good luck.  The police also mentioned the Annoyance Fee and I want to find someone who got an annoyance fee put onto them.
