House Republicans will oppose anything. House Republicans will oppose everything. House Republicans will even fight other Republicans. Republicans are so dysfunctional that they can’t even unite in opposition to President Obama.
Immigration reform was supposed to be the thing that every Republican was against. Barack Obama was supposed to be the president that every Republican can hate. But it seems that not even John Boehner can reign in the division his own party creates. Having defeated the Democrats and taken control of both houses, the GOP has no one else to destroy but themselves.
