Businesses have to publicly declare they are homophobic if they discriminate

Some people think their religious freedom is being oppressed by other people living on the same planet as them. Oklahoma State Rep. Chuck Strohm (R) is one of those people. He’s taken it upon himself to introduce a piece of legislation called the “Oklahoma Religious Freedom Act” to allow businesses to deny service to those “against the person’s religious beliefs.”
Republican Oklahoma State Senator Joseph Silk also feels the same way, and brought an almost identical bill to their state Senate. Apparently, LGBT individuals just existing is an affront to their way of life and religious liberty.
Well, Democratic state Rep. Emily Virgin is calling them out on their bigotry and discrimination, and doing so in a brilliant way. She introduced an amendment to the “religious freedom” bill that would require any businesses that want to deny service to LGBT individuals to publicly declare it at their place of business, including websites. The amendment reads:  "Any person not wanting to participate in any of the activities set forth in subsection A of this section based on sexual orientation, gender identity or race of either party to the marriage shall post notice of such refusal in a manner clearly visible to the public in all places of business, including websites. The notice may refer to the person’s religious beliefs, but shall state specifically which couples the business does not serve by referring to a refusal based upon sexual orientation, gender identity or race.”
