Big Oil has opened their pocket books to folks who will openly oppose any tightening of policies regarding Big Oil.  (Did you notice how there is a push to stop tax subsidies for clean energy.  Koch Brothers expect to be paid back for the millions they paid in buying up Right Wing Republican political types.)
