The Pope is talking like the Jesus I was taught actually FOX and Rush.
Pope Francis (Cool Pope) is perhaps giving conservative leaders within his Church another reason
to disagree with him after stating that the big bang theory and
evolution are actually compatible with the concept of a divine creator.
Speaking to the plenary assembly of the
Pontifical Academy of Sciences, which met at the Vatican to discuss
“Evolving Concepts of Nature,” Pope Francis said:
“God is not a divine being or a
magician, but the Creator who brought everything to life. Evolution in
nature is not inconsistent with the notion of creation, because
evolution requires the creation of beings that evolve.”
