Fracking has ruined the water near fracking site - FRACKER SAID IT WAS SAFE TO DRINK

TEXAS:  A Fracking Co did testing and said the water was safe so the EPA did not test.  An independent found explosive levels of chemicals in water - EPA asked to get involved AGAIN.
