Some studies have revealed that fish oil intake can be beneficial in treating migraines and headaches. Applying an apple cider vinegar compress may also help. Modern day studies revealed that this powerful tonic is useful in treating scurvy, hay fever and headache.
Other tips that can help relieve headache include improved water intake, reduced chocolate consumption, and increased intake of foods rich in Vitamin B3. Also known as niacin, Vitamin B3 plays a vital role increasing the flow of blood by dilating the blood vessels.
