Is this DEFAULT all about saving Republican Boehner's job as Speaker of the House?

The Game Playing needs to be over!  Pass a Bill in the Senate and then Send it to the House.  Allow the Senate Bill to be voted on so we know who voted to Default on Debts and keep our Government Closed.  This whole NOT VOTING CRAP is getting old.   Vote and face the consequences of your vote.
