Mrs Zimmerman needs to get a gun. (Grandpa too)

So if he has his hand on his gun and she shoots first and kills him, would she be found innocent because of Stand Your Ground Laws?  She was scared afterall and he was in her parents house/area.  Just thinking.  I do not like the wild west laws which we now have but we need to think them through.
