Maher: We need a debate on why we allways debate bombing a new country

North Korea, Iran, Syria, Egypt, Iran - Why are we always (Republicans in particular) ready to go into another country to bomb it when a Democrat or Black Man is President?  We need to debate the need to bomb new countries.
