GOP ANTI OBAMACARE TACTIC: Can't beat the law so beat up the people who sign people up for Healthcare!

It is the law so instead STOP ALLOWING PEOPLE TO SIGN those without insurance up for the new benefits allowed by the law.  REPUBLICANS NOW Make Roadblocks and no one can sign up for the care which is allowed legally.
