Mediicine today: Have and have nots. People Die from lack of care

I talked to a Doctor and she was telling me about a patient.  The patient was about 40 and worked two jobs but had no health insurance.  She did not feel well.  The Doc did some tests and the patient questioned how she could pay for the visit, medicine and tests with her limited income.  

The doc got the results back and thought, she does not have to worry about paying for much of anything.  She was riddled with cancer.  She ate well, went to church and had a caring family.  She had to pass on seeing a Doctor early on because of no health insurance.  She had only weeks to live when she saw the Doctor.

I am for Obamacare and think we should pay for HEALTH CARE over Wars.  If we want to fight a war - start a new war tax to pay for it.  This lady did not need to die at such a young age because she could not have access to health care,
