HOMESCHOOLER SAYS: I wanted to go to School and got hurt by not being allowed to go!

This student in Virginia had to get remedial classes in reading, writing and math which probably would not have happened had he been allowed to go to a public school as he wanted.

THERE IS NO TESTING REQUIREMENT FOR HOMESCHOOLERS?  That is crazy!!
Public Schools test, test and test some more - Homeschoolers should test at least once a year on reading, writing and mathematics.
