Todd Palin - Pimp? Record Review Request

June 18, 2013 will be the one year anniversary of my FOIA request which asked for the production of the statement of David Chaney which should have confirmed or refuted the story of Shailey Tripp.  If I am not provided with Mr. Chaney’s statement by that time, I will proceed in Federal Court in Dallas to seek intervention of the Courts to force the production of the documents requested.  The time and expense should never be required of any citizen.  It is reprehensible that the IRS, the FBI, Homeland Security, the Secret Service, and/or the FEC has not acted to bring justice by charging Todd  Palin with his crimes.  Not only is such a suit a waste of taxpayers’ money, but the attempt by Homeland Security to prevent the production of these documents demonstrates a willingness of Homeland Security to protect and shield a predator of women
