Sy Muckerjee from Think Progress
reports that big health insurers, Anthem and Blue Cross/Blue Shield,
have been ordered refund over $36 million in overcharges to small
businesses, thanks to ‘Evil Obamacare.’ And that’s just in the state of
California. A provision of the The Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act
requires insurance companies to spend at least 80 percent of the
premiums they charge customers on actually providing health care.
Imagine that! What could possibly be better for small business owners —
who are often operating on a shoe string — than for them to be able to
afford health insurance for themselves and their employees?
