American Express and Big Corporations JUST SCREWED THE LITTLE GUY with the Supreme Courts Assistance

The right to class action law suits has just been made more difficult if not impossible with the recent 5 to 4 decision in favor of American Express.  The ability to have class action suits is being taken away fast by the current Right Wing Supreme Court.
