WAR TAX? Syria: The Neocons insist we start a war in Syria, (North Korea and/or Iran)

WAR TAX:  We have spent 10 years putting 2 wars on credit cards.  My suggestion: IF WE GET INVOLVED IN ANOTHER WAR - START A WAR TAX AND PAY FOR THE WAR AS WE GO!!  Enough of the War on Credit Cards. If a war is worth fighting, it is worth paying for. I DO NOT MEAN TAKE AWAY PEOPLE'S SOCIAL SECURITY, MEDICARE OR HEALTH CARE TO PAY FOR A WAR!  An actual Tax to pay for THE NEW WAR(S) and to pay for Iraq and Afghanistan as well.

I just think it is irresponsible to insist on wars without a funding source for it.
