I am very impressed with President Obama and his reaction. I know he will do his best to find the person(s) responsible for this tragedy and deal with them as he did with Osama Bin Laden. I have a funny feeling that it might be domestic because it was 4/15 - tax day AND there will be a debate about Gun Control in Congress soon. I hope I am incorrect but it really sounds domestic to me at this time. I will apologize if I am wrong.
