Why isn't Wall Street paying back the US for the money they took?

Elizabeth Warren is asking some great questions like;  "Why isn't Wall Street Paying the US back for the money they took?"  The reality is that the Too Big To Fail banks are getting another 830 Billion over 10 years while the Sequester is taking 830 Billion or so from us average folks.  The Big Banks don't have to pay the money back.  We, the people, pay the bill again.
