Why you should be OUTRAGED at what is being imposed on the USPS

The US Postal Service has been set up to fail by the 2006 lame duck Republican Congress.  The USPS is the only entity Public or Private which must fully fund retirement for 75 years out.  The current budget problems are because they had to put 11.5 Billion into the Retirement Fund last year.  Without that requirement, the USPS would be 1.5 Billion to the good.
