Here is a Transvaginal Ultrasound, which the Republicans are pushing in various states.  THERE IS NO MEDICAL REASON FOR DOING THIS PROCEDURE.  How the Republcans can say, 'We believe in small government' is beyond me.  The Republican Small Government sure have a thing about looking up women's vaginas.

While being pregnant, in and of itself, doesn’t medically require a transvaginal ultrasound, any woman who intends to have an abortion certainly doesn't need one, either topical or transvaginal. There is no medical reason for forcing a woman to look at clear anatomical images of a fetus she and her doctor intend to abort, other than to traumatize women, make it often prohibitively expensive to obtain abortions, and more difficult for doctors to perform them. It’s the so-called “pro-life” mindset that wants to push their self-righteous moral agenda down your throat – or in this case, up your vagina.

Last year, US officials expanded the legal definition of rape to include men as well as women, any victim who is unable to consent to sex, and – this is the relevant bit – anyone who is violated with an object, any object, not just a penis – be it a beer bottle or hairbrush or rolling pins or scissors or mop handles or radio antennae or any myriad of foreign objects that have been recorded used against abuse victims. PS;  NOW THE REPUBLICANS ARE MAKING LAWS WHICH WOULD PUT THE RAPED WOMAN IN JAIL IF SHE WANTS AN ABORTION!!  So, a woman is walking home, gets raped is forced to have a camera up her vagina.  Then she says she wants an abortion and she is put in jail to keep the forming Zygote as evident or because the 1 cell object has MORE RIGHTS than the RAPED WOMAN.  Then The Republcans talk about is it a legitimate rape?  The Republicans also make the case that contraception to pile up in the Uterus's of women or that in a real rape, the Uterus has secret powers to prevent or stop the pregnancy.  MANY STATES ALSO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR THE RAPIST TO HAVE VISITATION RIGHTS OR FIGHT FOR CUSTODY OF THE CHILD and I presume, get child support.  I CALL IT A WAR ON WOMEN!  If my daughter or Granddaughter get raped or if their life is in danger, they deserve the right to a legal and safe abortion!
That decision should be made between the woman and her doctor.
