Republican Filibuster a Cabinet Nominee: INVENTED STUPIDITY

The Republican Minority for the first time, is making it so that 60 votes are needed to move the Sec. of Defense Nomination to a vote.  THIS HAS NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE.  The shut down of Government is now the Shut Down of the Cabinet.  This is getting ridiculous.  The Republicans are looking weirder and weirder by the day.
