Rapist is innocent because the woman was single!! Crazy stuff!!

This is just weird.  A man goes into a sleeping woman's room and has sex with her.  She wakes up and realizes it is not her boyfriend and screams and yells.  The rapist admits what he did to the police.  He is found guilty by a jury.  His conviction is overturned because she is single - go figure.

This will be appealed again.  Crazy stuff.
