Juneau is getting ready for ships!
The pictures are of Mendenhall Glacier yesterday. There has been some rain so the new snow is gone.
Juneau is changing daily. The town is going from the sleepy little town of 30,000 to the tourist town with up to 10,000 tourists per day. The parking lot where I had parked is now off limits and will be a walking place for tourists.

Rich, I am surprised the tourists are there so early. Do they always start arriving in mass in spring?
When we left Branson the tourists were returning, It takes a sleepy town and turns it into a zoo again, was fun in Vegas, but not so much for me anymore, to many people, I thought we were in a recession, you couldn't tell by the droves of people in Vegas. It was great to be at the wedding of the year ;-)
