The Republican Governor and his minions did everything they could to keep this disaster from coming out. They knew from the beginning but acted as if there was no problem until Private Citizens did their own studies and got the National Media involved. This is normal operating procedure for Republicans. As long as things are going well for the White Wealthy - ignore.
