GUNS IN THE US: Two views, which do you choose?

There are two views on Guns:
The NRA says,  No background Checks at Gun Shows and it is OK for states to let people buy Assault Weapons, Clips and mass ammununition by just showing a driver's license.

The OTHER VISION:  Background Checks for all guns.  (All cars are registered and insured)  Stop the legal buying of clips larger than 10.  Let the CDC track gun violence.  (This is illegal now because of legislation put in place by the NRA.)
