32 Bullets fired in 16 seconds - FEEL SAFER?

A clip and gun which fires 32 bullets in 16 seconds is meant to kill people and nothing else.

Here is a demonstration of that gun:  Please tell me how this is a hunting gun.  I think it is a killing machine.  Am I wrong?
