Too Pee or Not to Pee - WHY IS THIS EVEN A QUESTION?

There’s a huge uproar in the works because North Carolina implemented legislation  requiring that men go into the men’s room and woman go into the ladies room.
Could there be anything more ridiculous than needing to codify which latrine a person is allowed to use?
Unfortunately this is the level if stupid we face today.  As obvious as it seems that you should choose the latrine with your gender on the door, there is another side to it, so let’s look at it from the point of view of the person who thinks they are transgendered. What about their rights?
bill of rightsAll Americans have rights, some are “Constitutional rights” – Free Speech, the Right to Bear Arms, Freedom of religion; and some are “Inalienable rights” – Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
The interesting thing about all of our rights is that none of them trump anyone else’s rights and all of them can be revoked by due process; ergo, if your pursuit of happiness infringes on another American’s rights – it is void.
Nothing makes an extreme right wing Skin Head happier than attacking a non-Aryan, this is the Skinhead’s ultimate expression of the pursuit of happiness, his “inalienable” right… But, the skinhead’s pursuit of happiness doesn’t trump their victim’s rights to Life and Liberty.
It’s completely acceptable under the law and the Constitution for a citizen to adhere to the beliefs they choose. If the Klansman wants to believe that the Jew and the African American are animals, that’s their prerogative.
If the person who thinks they are transgendered wants to believe they can change gender or that they were born in the wrong body, that’s their prerogative too.  It is when they start infringing on other American’s lives that it becomes a problem.
