Rachel Maddow: The Billions of Federal Dollars lost in States with New Anti- LGBT Laws just signed.

Mississippi currently gets $2.00 for every $1.00 of Federal Dollars they send to WA DC.   Now they could lose many Billions because of the new law.  Their new laws may bite them in the butt.

Republicans in Mississippi and North Carolina have run their states into the ground by passing discriminatory anti-LGBT laws and the consequences are about to get a whole lot worse.

As businesses take their money and jobs away from North Carolina in protest of that state’s law, Rachel Maddow exclusively reported on Friday night that the federal government is looking into Mississippi’s anti-LGBT law to determine whether or not it violates federal law. It does, but when the Department of Housing and the Department of Transportation make that determination on their own, it could mean billions of federal dollars being stripped from a state that literally lives on the federal dole.
