FBI is in charge and they were supposed to surrender 30 minutes ago. Franklin Graham and GOP legislators are going to greet them at the checkpoint before they turn themselves into the FBI.
Cliven Bundy was arrested last night in Portland, OR when he got off the plane. He was going to the Bird Sanctuary to be a lead protestor. He got arrested instead and sees a judge this afternoon.
