Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush is shaping up to be a major trainwreck like his brother. Bush wants to “phase out” Medicare, a wildly popular program among America’s elderly. The American Journal of Managed Care noted that 77 percent of Americans think Medicare is “very important.” Yet again, Bush is shooting himself in the foot. We don’t mind, though.
