The BMJ did a study on Darwin Award winners
dating from 1995-2014, and it seems that the Male Idiot Theory (MIT),
which is what the people conducting the research call this phenomenon,
has some credibility. Of the 382 Darwin Awards won during the time of
the study, only 36 of those awards went to women, suggesting that men
have a much higher probability of risky and idiotic behavior.
