Koch and Greg Abbot (Republican for Gov) Abbot getting big money from Kochs after not letting people know where explosive chemicals were stored in TX

Abbot now says No Public Records of where EXPLOSIVE CHEMICALS are stored will be released to the public.  Citizens can drive up and ask.  Newspapers are not too happy about his idea.
